Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

 

10. TEXTING

Texting opt-in information is not shared with any third parties
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes

By submitting our form and signing up for texts, you consent to receive marketing text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders) from Arrow Sewer and Drain at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.

Arrow Sewer and Drain will be collecting verbal opt-ins from their customers. The customers can opt-in to receive messages in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt into SMS-based billing notifications. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, and “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe, at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.”
