As a realtor I research this company and the results for great online so I trusted it and recommended to my client however, I amVery disappointed with our experience with Arrow Drain. We called them to clean and service the sewer line at a property after this was recommended during an inspection. We were charged $938 for the service, which we felt was extremely expensive.

During the job, the technician used a camera and then told us the sewer line needed significant repairs, recommending replacement from the house to the road at an estimated cost of approximately $15,000.

What was especially troubling was the lack of transparency. When we asked to see what he had seen with the camera and where the pipe was allegedly deteriorated, we were told that we would have to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE just to see the camera findings. If you are recommending that a customer spend approximately $15,000 based on what you saw with a camera, I believe the customer should be able to see the evidence supporting that recommendation.

We declined the additional work and asked that the original service simply be completed.

The interaction also came across as condescending toward the female property owner, which added to our discomfort with the experience.

We left feeling that we had overpaid and had been pressured toward a very expensive repair without being given the evidence to justify it. Customers deserve transparency, especially when recommending thousands of dollars in additional work.

Jean Carlos came from Arrow to change out 2 sump pumps and improve the connections. He was on time, professional and efficient. He was very neat and I would highly recommend him as well as Arrow. I had a problem with 1 pump and Jean Carlos was very helpful and went out of his way to talk to the manufacturer in order for me to obtain a refund.
My only complaint with Arrow would be in dealing with their Ai scheduling assistant. It should be programmed to look up the relevant   Information of an existing customer as opposed to asking the customer to duplicitly provide all of the customer's basic information.
